Welcome to The New Beginnings

The New Beginnings is a community-based initiative working to improve access to reliable internet, digital skills, and learning opportunities for young people in rural communities in the North West Region of Cameroon.

Many youths in rural areas are motivated and talented, but they are held back by poor internet access and limited exposure to digital tools. As learning and job opportunities move online, these young people are being left behind.

Our work focuses on setting up community internet access points and offering basic digital skills training so that students and youths can learn, connect, and explore opportunities beyond their communities.

We work closely with teachers, youth groups, and community leaders to design practical solutions that respond to real local needs.
